About the Role
As the Executive Director in the Global Financial Intelligence Unit (GFIU), you will lead a team of investigators in conducting complex investigations into potentially suspicious behavior. Your responsibilities include identifying risks, designing solutions, engaging with law enforcement, and presenting findings to senior leaders. You will also contribute to evolving anti-money laundering strategies and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML)/Financial Crime.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience building investigative strategies related to money laundering for large organizations.
- Deep understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and BSA laws.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tight timelines and track objectives of a large team.
- Proven ability to execute partnerships across organizations, including law enforcement and financial institutions.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of attracting and retaining top talent.
- Effective communicator with strong written skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts.

- Experience in a leadership role within a financial institution.
