About the Role
As the Global Governance and Transformation Excellence Lead-OTC, you will serve as a process expert, collaborating with accounting and finance teams, and managing global business processes using Signavio. Your responsibilities include establishing process councils, analyzing process change requests, driving standardization, and monitoring global process performance through KPIs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of functional or comparable experience and knowledge.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines.
Preferred:
- Previous experience with customer service, order management, and pricing.
- Previous ERP system implementation experience on a global scale.
- Ability to manage cross-cultural communication.
- Willingness to travel for on-site working sessions ~ 10% of the time.
