About the Role
As the Global Head of Sustainability Data Advisory, you will lead a globally distributed team of over 30 employees, including four managers. Your responsibilities will include driving operational excellence, shaping the team's strategy, ensuring high-quality advisory services, and fostering collaboration across various departments. You will also be involved in coaching and developing team members while ensuring the team delivers impactful results for Watershed's customers.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of professional experience, including 7+ years leading professional services teams in a consulting environment or B2B SaaS.
- Expertise in carbon accounting and sustainability-related topics.
Preferred:
- Experience in leveraging AI to drive efficiency and customer impact.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate vision and influence cross-functional peers.
