About You
- 2+ years of experience as an immigration paralegal, ideally in a law firm or in-house environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing a high-volume immigration caseload, including NIV cases (e.g., H-1B, TN, E-3).
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting multi-country or EOR-related cases.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Jira, or similar tools.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
