About You
- Minimum of 5 years in technical B2B sales, including 3+ years managing global or strategic accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to communicate and negotiate with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
- Prior experience with dispensing or conformal coating systems or similar capital equipment.
- Deep understanding of navigating large, matrixed organizations and developing long-term client partnerships.
- Language skills in Mandarin or Spanish are a plus.
