Summary
Apple is seeking a Global Knowledge and Enablement Lead to join their People group in Cary, NC. The role focuses on crafting innovative content solutions and strategies to support People Support & Operations specialists.
About the Role
As the Global Knowledge and Enablement Lead, you will manage a centralized knowledge base framework, create team member-facing content, ensure adherence to Apple style guides, conduct periodic reviews of the knowledge base, manage change logs, build operational change management plans, and lead internal team communications.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years experience in HR Operations.
- Knowledge of contact center technologies and usage: case management, phone, knowledge base and web-based catalogs.
- Experience building a knowledge management framework for HR Operations/call center environment.
- Experience reporting for Projects and using Project Management Portfolio systems.
- Experience creating and implementing change plans for multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Experience with Drupal.
