About You
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2 to 5 years of Manufacturing experience.
- English language skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365 software.
- Six Sigma certification.
- Experience with Power BI.
- Experience with assembly manufacturing process development.
- Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes and methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organization, coordination, and project management skills.
- Flexibility to work some evening hours.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed (10% to 25%).
- Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
