About the Role
About You
- Doctoral degree required (MD, PharmD, PhD); MD (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Medical Affairs with demonstrated leadership in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong background in solid tumours, preferably breast cancer and/or HER2-targeted therapies.
- Proven ability to shape medical strategies that drive clinical impact and business success.
- Experience leading Phase IV studies, ISTs, and Real-World Evidence initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence in high-growth, fast-paced settings.
