About the Role
As the HQ Vertical Product Solutions and Operations Manager for Search Ads, you will lead market assessments, partner with regional teams, and develop strategic direction for TikTok's Search Ads product. You will be responsible for understanding market trends, influencing product development, and driving product adoption. Your role will include supporting alpha and beta programs, communicating value propositions, and ensuring effective execution of product strategies.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS degree or above.
- 5+ years of experience within the digital advertising industry with a focus on Search Ads.
- Experience partnering with product teams to bring market solutions for sellers.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing processes.
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape of Search Ads.
Preferred:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- A commercial mindset with experience in market research and analysis.
- Experience in global roles.
- Product marketing experience in web & mobile advertising and paid search.
- Strong knowledge of monetization products including ads delivery and keyword bidding.
