About the Role
As a Global Real Estate and Incentives Tax Associate, you will review global tax bills, process tax payments, monitor changes in the property portfolio, respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders, prepare tax filings, and research available tax incentive programs. You will also perform calculations to quantify benefits related to incentives and prepare necessary documentation to comply with program requirements.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, MIS or equivalent.
- 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Introductory knowledge of business incentives at various government levels.
- Strong research and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong quantification and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.
- Accounting and/or finance knowledge/background.
- Experience with corporate accounts payable systems.
Preferred:
- Incentive/real estate tax experience at a multinational firm or financial services experience.
- JD or Master’s degree (Taxation, Business, MIS).
