ResMed is seeking a Global Supply Chain Optimization and Analytics Manager to join their team in San Diego, CA. The role involves leading a global team of analysts to translate complex data into meaningful insights and drive operational performance across distribution, logistics, and trade operations.
About the Role
As the Global Supply Chain Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for managing the global distribution, logistics, and trade reporting portfolio, leading analytical initiatives, and partnering with operations leaders to embed insights into decision-making. You will also design dashboards, develop models for logistics optimization, and embed analytics into transformation programs.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, distribution, logistics, engineering, or trade operations.
- Proven experience managing global or cross-regional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders through insights and storytelling.
- Experience leading analytics programs using agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Snowflake, Python, R.
- Familiarity with ERP and WMS systems.
