About the Role
As a Global Supply Manager, you will develop and execute global sourcing strategies for electronic components, conduct market research, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, oversee procurement processes, optimize inventory levels, implement cost reduction opportunities, and ensure quality management of electronic components and assemblies.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain development or sourcing management, specifically with electronics.
- Hands-on experience with wire harness manufacturing, connectors, sensor technologies, power electronics, and custom electronics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Skilled at establishing strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel internationally 25%+.
Preferred:
- Previous work at a startup or on a very lean team.
