Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Go Developer to join their Arctic team in Dayton, OH. This mid-level role involves designing, implementing, and testing cloud-based services.
About the Role
As a Go Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing backend services in Go to orchestrate cloud APIs. You will support the development team, assist the service desk in resolving backend service issues, and develop DevSecOps tools and techniques for an automated and secure pipeline. Additionally, you will create monitoring and reporting capabilities for system performance.
About You
Required:
- Must be a US Citizen
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
- 2+ years of experience developing using the Go language
- 5+ years of experience developing and compiling code
- 2+ years of experience with Docker and container-based technologies
- 2+ years of experience with Cloud technologies
- Strong foundation in Linux and virtual machines
- Strong foundation in containers, algorithms, and software application design
- Excellent people and project management skills
- Strong communication skills
