About the Role
As the GTM Operations Manager, you will identify bottlenecks and streamline processes using automation and AI tools, oversee GTM projects, administer core GTM platforms, build dashboards for funnel health, and lead cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency.
About You
Required:
- 4+ years in Revenue/GTM/Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Salesforce admin and reporting mastery.
- Proven track record designing data models, process flows, and KPIs.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI experience.
Preferred:
- Experience with CPQ, subscription billing, or customer success platforms.
- Knowledge of PLG (product-led growth) funnels or usage-based pricing models.
