Summary
NASCO is seeking a Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Senior Associate to join their team in the United States. The role involves driving cross-functional go-to-market initiatives across product, marketing, sales, and customer success.
About the Role
As a Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you will be responsible for developing and executing a revenue enablement roadmap, designing and delivering training programs, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful GTM activities. You will also define enablement metrics and support change management efforts within the organization.
About You
Required:
- 5 years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or management consulting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Deep understanding of SaaS GTM motions and business models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- 1 year experience with SQL or data modeling tools.
- MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and sales enablement platforms.
