About the Role

As a Pursuit Coordinator, you will manage multiple projects with shifting priorities and stringent deadlines. Your responsibilities include developing proposal management tools, interpreting solicitation requirements, directing design and production support, and ensuring compliance with submission guidelines. You will collaborate with various teams to enhance content development and streamline coordination activities, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all deliverables.

About You

Required:

6+ years relevant work experience
2+ years of experience in Federal Government proposal development lifecycle
Bachelor's degree with preferred concentration in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience with document development procedures
Ability to travel 20%, on average
2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Preferred:

Excellent communicator - both written and oral
