About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Ability to work in an energetic & challenging environment on a variety of projects.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency with MS-Office 365 (e.g.: Outlook, Excel, & Word).
- Working knowledge and familiarity with technical drawings, specifically site, grading, and planting plans.
- Exposure to working on large-scale greenfield / land development projects.
- Working knowledge of relevant design & CADD software tools (e.g.: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Suite, LandFX).
- Working knowledge of modeling programs (e.g.: Sketchup, Lumion, and/or Revit).
- Basic plant material knowledge.
- Working knowledge of ArcGIS.
- Ability to understand and apply applicable codes and regulations.
