About the Role
As a Graduate Nurse, you will participate in a guided training and developmental program, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe and competent patient care. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing direct nursing care to assigned patients, as well as supervising staff to whom nursing care is delegated.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Must have a temporary authorization to practice as a graduate nurse under the direct supervision of a registered nurse.
Preferred:
- Academic degree in nursing (Bachelors or Masters degree).
- BLS certification required within 10 months of hire or transfer into unit.
