About the Role
As a Grants Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Grants & Contracts Director and grant staff to manage all grant-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include completing federal financial reports, maintaining the internal grants monitoring system, assisting in proposal preparation, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. You will also be required to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Office Administration, or related field, or an Associate's Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience in federal funding and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with funding research, federal grant program organization, and reporting methods.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Preferred:
- Experience in grant proposal writing and editing.
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
