About the Role
As a Grants Administrator, you will lead the full lifecycle of grants, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and accurate documentation. You will develop and maintain a grants calendar, prepare proposals and reports, monitor grant agreements, and cultivate relationships with funders. Your work will directly contribute to securing funding for transformative programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years of nonprofit grant writing and/or grant management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of grant strategy, compliance, and best practices
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or CFRE credential
- Experience managing government funding, including SB40 or similar programs
- Proven track record securing and/or managing five- and six-figure grants
- Experience with Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge or similar donor database
- Budget development and financial reporting experience
