About You
- Two years of professional experience administering grant programs or overseeing grant compliance.
- A bachelor's degree in Grants Administration, Business Administration, Public Policy/Administration, Accounting, Finance, Natural Resources, or a related field may substitute for one year of experience.
- Knowledge of grants procedures and applicable state laws.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to apply diversity, equity, and inclusion principles to grantmaking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar programs.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Knowledge of the functions and operations of a major statewide natural resource management organization.
- Experience in designing and providing training to diverse audiences.
- Experience in developing and revising policies or program guidance.
- Experience in developing and administering grant requests for proposals.
- Experience in continuous improvement processes and project management.
