Revelyst is seeking a Graphic Designer - Hardgoods to join their team in Irvine, CA. The role involves designing and developing graphics for MTB, MX & UTV hardgoods, including helmets and protective gear.
About the Role
As a Graphic Designer - Hardgoods, you will be responsible for the entire design process from concept to final tech pack handoff. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, research market trends, create engineered artwork, and ensure product quality through design reviews and sample evaluations. The role also involves traveling domestically and internationally to oversee development and gather market insights.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in product or graphic design, preferably in hardgoods or action sports.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of 3D surfaces and how graphics interact with molded forms.
- Experience creating tech packs and working with overseas vendors.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Passion for action sports and performance gear.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and personalities.
Preferred:
- Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Rhino, SolidWorks, KeyShot).
- Familiarity with helmet safety standards and protective gear regulations.
- Prior experience designing for MX, MTB, or UTV categories.
- Valid Passport
