- 2-3 years design studio experience
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong abilities in conceptual design
- Refined attention to detail
- Demonstrable skills in working in a team environment
- Digital design experience and grasp of current best practices
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat) and Figma
- A very strong work ethic and the ability to be proactive and take ownership
- Photoshop retouching skills
- After Effects and/or Premiere skills
