- 3+ years of experience using Figma.
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design and mobile UI/UX, particularly for sports.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail.
- Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent.
- Love of designing for sports, including key milestones in sports like Draft, free agency, and kit launch.
- Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
