About the Role
As a GRC Director, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the BT GRC Strategy and Multi-Year Roadmap, managing the BT Risk Management Program, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and leading audit readiness and remediation efforts. This position requires collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to transform the organization's governance of risk and compliance.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in GRC leadership, building and scaling enterprise GRC programs.
- Proven track record of managing multi-framework compliance initiatives across PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2, and FedRAMP.
Preferred:
- Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or highly-regulated industries.
