About the Role
As a Grounds Associate, you will work directly under the Facilities Supervisor, assisting with site security, implementing repairs for health and safety violations, and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. Your responsibilities will include maintaining equipment, clearing garbage, caring for benches and playground areas, maintaining lawns, and completing custodial maintenance projects as directed. You will work a typical schedule of Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential alterations for special events.
About You
Required:
- Knowledge of campground maintenance including trees, lawns, shrubs, flowers, waterfronts, and trails.
- Familiarity with health and safety guidelines and codes.
- Ability to follow established safety procedures and perform physical tasks.
