About the Role
As a Grounds Level III, you will be responsible for general maintenance of grounds and facilities, including grass cutting, leaf removal, snow and ice removal, and operating large mowing machines and various trucks. You will assist in other projects and learn the basics of assorted trades such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping. The position may require additional work following established procedures.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years commercial landscape/grounds or parks experience.
- Knowledgeable in one or more trade level areas.
- Ability to get along with various types of people.
- Physical ability to perform required tasks.
Preferred:
- CDL Class B with Airbrake endorsement preferred. If not obtained at hire, must acquire within 180 working days.
