About the Role
As a Group Copy Supervisor, you will serve as the Copy lead for various business portfolios, partner with cross-functional teams to ensure proper staffing and timely delivery of work, and present creative ideas to clients. You will also supervise multiple direct reports, oversee their workload, and provide feedback for career development. Your expertise in pharmaceutical copywriting will be essential in engaging in creative conversations and leading new business pitches.
About You
Required:
- 6-7 years of pharmaceutical copy supervisory experience within a fast-paced agency setting.
- Pharmaceutical and/or healthcare copywriting experience is a must.
- A compelling portfolio included with your application.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Solid presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Proven ability to engage in creative conversations internally and with clients.
- Motivated to seek/gain additional creative opportunities and/or work on new business pitches.
- Proactive about expanding knowledge of trends to share new ideas with your team.
