About You
- Completion of Principles of YMCA Health & Fitness certification and YMCA Group Exercise Instructor certification within six months of teaching.
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
- Experience with various group exercise formats and fitness equipment.
- Strong member service skills and ability to relate effectively with a diverse population.
