- Associate’s degree or minimum state-required education.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting.
- Experience in group facilitation is required.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
