About the Role
As a Group Home Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating care, developing treatment plans, and ensuring the implementation of treatment goals for each child. You will work closely with the treatment team, manage staffing patterns, and oversee the budget to support the treatment philosophy. Your role will also include training staff, conducting meetings, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the children.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in a Human Services field, or a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two years of experience in a human services setting.
- Ability to respond effectively in a stressful environment and pass a drug screening test and background check.
- Valid NC driver's license with at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Supervisory experience in a human services setting.
- Experience in developing treatment plans and working with youth in crisis.
