About You
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Prefer high school diploma or GED.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be willing to work with individuals who have behavioral disorders.
- Previous experience working with individuals with mental health issues.
- Experience in teaching skills related to cooking, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Valid Iowa Chauffeur’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Nishna Productions, Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 community rehabilitation agency offering vocational training, employment and residential services to people with disabilities in Page, Fremont, Mills and Montgomery counties in southwest Iowa. The programs and services offered by Nishna Productions, Inc. focus on developing individual abilities, as we work toward attaining our mission of "providing support and opportunity for people to accomplish their goals." Many individuals with disabilities served by Nishna Productions, Inc. have been able to reach their personal goals and become contributing members of their communities as a result of the support and training given by the dedicated staff employed by the organization. Nishna Productions, Inc. currently operates two vocational training and three day services center, where vocational and day habilitation services are provided. The agency also has 22 residential sites located throughout the four counties.
