About the Role
As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and engaging participants in various after-school activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive environment. You will develop and facilitate a thematic curriculum that promotes creativity and emotional growth, while also building relationships with participants and staff. Your duties will include planning events, monitoring behavior, and maintaining program rules.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School/GED Diploma and 1 year related experience in leading and participating in youth group development related activities.
Preferred:
- Experience building a camp culture through chants, team building activities, and community building.
- Ability to contribute a talent or experience in arts, music, crafts, etc.
