About the Role

As the Geostructures Group Leader, you will drive project excellence, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and ensure quality control across projects. You will define project scopes, manage risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client expectations.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
PE licensure required.
8 to 15+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility in project delivery and client management.

Preferred:

Master's degree with a geotechnical/structural emphasis.
OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification (or ability to obtain).
Business development or project management training.
