About the Role
As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned department, including personnel management and production activities. Your duties will include executing the shift production schedule, assessing material and staffing needs, enforcing GMP policies, verifying production paperwork, training personnel, and maintaining a strong safety culture.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to direct and lead assigned crew members with a strong focus on safety and production goals.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, up to 400 times per day.
- Ability to operate a forklift and clamp truck safely and effectively.
Preferred:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong counting and basic math skills.
- Ability to write clearly and legibly.
