About the Role

As the Group Manager, you will define and optimize the implementation strategy for high-value IES accounts, ensuring rapid time-to-value and maximizing feature adoption. You will lead a team of Implementation Experts, manage the implementation lifecycle, and drive initiatives to standardize processes while collaborating with various teams to enhance customer experiences.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Minimum of 7-10+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

Preferred:

CPA certification or relevant industry certifications in ERP project management.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Online, or competitor ERPs like Sage Intacct and NetSuite.
