Octave is seeking a Group Practice Partnership in Connecticut (New Haven) to collaborate with group practices in providing high-quality behavioral health care both in-person and remotely.
About the Role
As a partner with Octave, you will be part of a diverse clinical team dedicated to client-centered therapy. Your responsibilities will include providing therapy via video sessions and in-person, focusing on adult clients dealing with various mental health concerns. You will ensure customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance.
About You
Required:
- LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD with a current license in Connecticut.
- Masters Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling.
- At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience.
Preferred:
- At least 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, or CPT for trauma.
- Experience working with Cigna & Aetna clients.
- Willingness to provide in-person services from your own office space.
