About You
- 5+ years leading and managing a team of 5 or more product designers.
- Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or relevant field; Master’s preferred.
- Track record of delivering high quality and impactful design solutions.
- Deep knowledge of UX design process and design-thinking process.
- Great communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience influencing stakeholders and peers in a large corporation.
- Experience building a vision, strategy, and planning across functions.
- Proven effectiveness operating within a data-driven culture.
- Experience managing adjacent design functions, like Content Design.
- Some experience working within or defining design systems.
- Excellent knowledge of web and mobile development and technology.
- Familiar with design tools (e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator).
- Small business or financial software experience.
