Flock is seeking a Growth Customer Success Manager for the Flock Advisory Network (FAN) to join their team in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The role focuses on driving retention and sustainable growth across various customer segments.
About the Role
As a Growth Customer Success Manager, you will build and operationalize a new growth motion within scaled Customer Success. Your responsibilities include analyzing customer telemetry, developing retention and expansion playbooks, executing customer interventions, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve customer health and growth readiness.
About You
Required:
Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a commercial post-sales role within a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management, retention dynamics, and growth patterns in scaled segments.
Comfort working with data, dashboards, and customer telemetry to inform decisions.
Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex context into clear narratives.
Preferred:
Experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and communication quality.
Hands-on experience using modern Customer Success and CRM platforms.
