About the Role
As a Growth Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the self-service marketing funnel for Slack. Your responsibilities will include designing multi-channel lifecycle programs, refining customer segmentation strategies, maintaining ongoing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, executing A/B tests, and championing the voice of the customer within the organization.
About You
Required:
5-7 years of email marketing or product growth experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
Understanding of product-led growth principles.
Demonstrated experience in lifecycle marketing, particularly in adoption, cross-sell, and upsell.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Advanced analytical skills including A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
BA/BS degree.
Preferred:
Experience with BI tools and web analytics software.
Product marketing experience.
Expertise in self-service growth businesses.
Familiarity with Salesforce products, specifically Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
