About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Creative, you will concept, create, and ship daily test content including UGC, paid ads, and social clips. You will turn ideas into compelling short-form videos, test and optimize content based on data, and collaborate with marketing leads to refine concepts. This hands-on role emphasizes rapid experimentation and data-driven iteration.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years in video production, social content, or performance creative.
- A portfolio showing content that performs across TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, or ads.
- Strong editing skills across formats (UGC, ads, motion, short-form storytelling).
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Veo, Midjourney).
- Strong grasp of hooks, pacing, and digital storytelling.
- Ability to iterate quickly and thrive in a test-and-learn environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with editing tools like Premiere and CapCut.
- Creative strategy skills including hooks, pacing, emotional beats, and optimization.
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional marketing partners.
