About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Lead, you will own and execute all performance marketing channels, manage social media presence, transform events into growth engines, run rapid-fire experiments, and leverage both paid and organic strategies to amplify content. You will work closely with executives and be responsible for measuring and reporting on performance metrics.
About You
Required:
- 1-3 years in growth, demand gen, or digital marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
- Experience managing budgets, creating campaigns, and optimizing ads across various digital channels.
Preferred:
- Growth hacking mindset with a focus on testing new tools and AI-driven ad creative.
- Creative problem solver with the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
