About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will engage developers throughout their workload journey, utilizing product-led growth and lifecycle marketing strategies. Your responsibilities include creating digital experiences, defining marketing plans, optimizing programs through experiments, and analyzing KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives meet revenue objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and support product launches.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in growth marketing, focusing on product-led growth and/or feature adoption.
- Deep understanding of marketing to developers or a technical audience.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to develop compelling campaigns.
Preferred:
- Experience designing and executing cross-sell/up-sell strategies.
- Ability to measure efforts objectively and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with product-led growth strategies and KPIs.
