About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will manage the planning, strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns, assess advertiser strategies, and develop workshops and enablement materials. You will also drive marketing technology projects to optimize processes and ensure effective outreach to key advertisers.

About You

Required:

7+ years professional experience in marketing in a digital advertising or growth marketing focused role.
Demonstrated expertise in paid social advertising, specifically Meta's advertising suite, and email marketing channels.
Experience to communicate complex, strategic concepts within digital advertising clearly and concisely.
Experience with analyzing data sets and delivering insights in Advertisements Manager, Excel, or data visualization tools.
Experience creating effective campaigns and presentations.
Experience to form effective partnerships with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

Experience training or mentoring others on digital strategy.
Experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other data and analytics tools.
Experience with A/B testing and lift based measurement.
