About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Marketing, you will influence how people discover and engage with our ed-tech services. Your responsibilities include managing campaigns across various platforms, optimizing performance, conducting A/B testing, and collaborating with teams to drive client acquisition through paid media and conversion rate optimization.
About You
Required:
- 4–5+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Solid understanding of paid search and paid social, with familiarity across additional digital channels.
- Hands-on experience with key advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions tied to CAC and ROAS goals.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and comfort extracting and interpreting data.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with marketing automation and attribution tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Basic SQL/Python knowledge.
