Stellic is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team in San Mateo, CA. The role involves building and scaling a predictable pipeline engine through demand generation strategy and integrated growth campaigns.
About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own the demand generation strategy end-to-end, launching integrated growth campaigns, experimenting across channels, and optimizing the funnel to drive qualified pipeline and revenue in close partnership with Sales. You will run tests across messaging, develop targeted campaigns for high-priority accounts, drive marketing-sourced pipeline, and track campaign performance tied to pipeline and revenue.
About You
Required:
4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation or pipeline-focused marketing roles.
Bachelor's degree.
Experience planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion funnels, and marketing performance data.
Ability to partner closely with Sales and align marketing efforts to revenue goals.
A testing mindset with experience running experiments and optimizing campaigns.
Strong communication and project management skills in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred:
Comfort with occasional, domestic and international travel.
