Summary
Singapore Math Inc. is seeking a Growth Project Manager to join their team in Hybrid, based in Portland, OR. The role involves leading complex, cross-functional initiatives to support the growth of the company's customer base, particularly focusing on school customers.
About the Role
As a Growth Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from planning and systems implementation to execution and iteration, with a strong initial focus on operationalizing HubSpot CRM. You will coordinate school partnerships, professional development, curriculum pitches, and outreach efforts while maintaining project management best practices.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5+ years of project management experience
- Experience successfully implementing a CRM, ideally HubSpot
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present curriculum and speak effectively to school leaders and educators
- Ability to learn complex curriculum and product details quickly
- Comfortable conducting outreach, engaging prospects, and managing a lead pipeline
- Experience coordinating events, PD, or educational workshops
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM systems
- High attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
- Ability and willingness to travel to up to 8 national conference events each year
Preferred:
- Background in education, or experience or an interest in the education industry or ed-tech
- Experience in business development or growth-focused roles
- Familiarity with Singapore Math® approaches
