About You
- 8+ years of secured or specialized lending for relationship management or portfolio management or leadership experience.
- 4+ years of management or leadership experience.
- Extensive experience in Asset-Based Lending (ABL), Receivables Purchase Arrangements, Payables Programs, and/or Factoring.
- Strong market presence and strategic insight in the Supply Chain Finance space.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end execution of Supply Chain Finance transactions.
- Ability to collaborate across relationship management, product, and risk teams.
- Skilled in interpreting complex financial statements and credit metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
