About the Role
As a GTM professional, you will nurture and expand existing accounts, build systematic expansion playbooks, analyze user cohorts, launch self-serve purchase paths, and create sales processes from scratch. You will work towards enterprise readiness and collaborate with product teams to support larger accounts.
About You
Required:
Experience in building growth engines and processes from scratch.
Strong understanding of product-led growth and customer needs.
Preferred:
5-8 years in growth roles at PLG SaaS companies.
Experience scaling from $1M to $10M ARR with strong net revenue retention.
Track record of building customer education programs and in-product growth loops.
