About the Role
As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain systems that support commercial operations, ensuring tools and processes are ready for growth. Your responsibilities include translating go-to-market strategies into technical solutions, managing the GTM tech stack, building lead scoring frameworks, delivering analytics dashboards, automating tasks, maintaining data integrity, and troubleshooting technical issues.
About You
Required:
- 2–6 years of experience in sales engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or another technical GTM role.
- Demonstrated ability to connect and integrate multiple GTM systems, including CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong CRM administration background; API and SQL skills are a plus.
Preferred:
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn numbers into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS or fintech settings.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
